iMountain hosting review
Ok … there’s nothing more left for me to do than blog, publish, build websites. I no longer have to worry about hosting.
I didn’t worry too much till now either, I was hosted (and still am, have accounts) with the best hosts around (Hostican, Hostgator) but I was always afraid of the resourse usage. I might use too much resources, have too many visitors and I may pound a server…
Ok, so …here I am …one month and one week away from the day I signed up with iMountain …and I receive an email (this was not the first, after a few days from the signup date they asked me how’s the service) …and they tell me they got a new feature …a new server with tons of ram …for “memcache” (they were talking about this) …and …they let me and my blogs in to it …so my sites will perform better …and better on heavy loads when hundreds of visitors gather to read me …for when everybody will talk about me again. This is just what I wanted … and I didn’t had to ask for it … these guys gave it to me for helping them out with some minor issues (ok, I just gave them a feedback). I did a little benchmark on the site …it really performs well …it performed very good before too. (I used siege benchmark)
Overall very satisfied and confident about what they offer. I’m positive my site will stand up in times when shared hosting won’t. I’ll be here for any more info you want to know.

Hi. Can you please tell me if you’re still hosted by iMountain, and still happy with them? How’s their uptime? I’m considering switching to them, and need to move pronto so would very much appreciate your speedy reply. Thanks!
